Mayor Milton Hill was born in Oxford Mississippi. He graduated from Appoka High School. in 1962.He moved to Coleman in 1999, a retired Professional Fire Fighter of 28 years with 3 teaching certificates. He was the 1977-78 Fire Fighter of the year for the State of Florida. He was also the Sumter County Emergency Management Director from 1995 - 2007, and was the District 5 L.E.P.C. (Local Emergency Planning Council) Chairman for 10 years.

Mary Bigham (Not Pictured) is a life-long resident of the City of Coleman.  She is an artist and a cattle rancher.  She has been on the Coleman City Council for twenty (20) years.  She has also served on the Withlacoochee Regional Planning Council and the Sumter County Planning & Zoning Board.

Charles Felton is a life long resident of the City of Coleman. He graduated from Wildwood High School in 1971. He was one of the football stars that won the 1970 State Football Championship. Mr. Felton has served on the Coleman City Council since 2010

Toshi V. McCants - I am a native of Coleman, Florida. I am mother to two handsome boys, and grandmother to one grandson. I am an active member of Kingdom Purpose Community Church. I am currently and have been employed at SECO Energy for 22 years as a Billing Specialist. I am a graduate of Wildwood High School. I have an A.S. Degree in Business Administration. My hobbies include reading, writing, bowling and helping people.
